Method 1:

Press and hold the D button with the power key to enable the BIST mode. Now loose the power key and continue to press the D button on your keyboard.
The screen will display a color bar and simultaneously changes the screen color to red, green and blue.
Check for the screen error and press Esc key on your keyboard to exit.

Method 2:

Run the laptop LCD BIST:
Disconnect all the connected devices and turn off your device.
Later connect it with the AC power adapter.
Press ‘Fn’ key and power button to enter the PSA diagnostic mode.
Now the PSA will run a series of tests.
Hold and down the ‘N’ key to enter the BIST mode after you see the message “Do you see the color bars? Yes or No.
Check for the screen error and close all the tabs.
